How mail-in service works

1. Create and pay for your order

Choose your tools and complete secure online checkout.

2. Pack your tools

Protect the tools, place them in a sturdy box, and seal the package securely.

3. Show your USPS drop-off code

Bring the sealed box to a participating USPS Post Office and show the code on your phone. USPS prints and attaches the label.

4. Track your order

Follow its progress in your portal. Return shipping is arranged automatically—there is nothing else for you to print or prepare.
